Menotomy Rocks

Local families fled the oncoming British troops into the Menotomy Rocks to the south of the main road. Today, the Menotomy Rocks are a popular park dedicated by the people of Arlington to the memory of the Colonial Minutemen and British Soldiers who met here in the first great battle of the Revolution.
